The annual membership is $200, which provides you with VIP-only access to a number of discounts as listed below.

Dr. Yarinsky is the only “Expert Injector” in the Albany/Capital district region certified by New Beauty Magazine and personally does all of the BOTOX^® Cosmetic and facial filler treatments at Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery and at the Saratoga Springs MediSpa. Dr. Yarinsky usually recommends that BOTOX^® injections be repeated 3 or 4 times each year for those who wish to minimize or prevent the signs of aging to maintain their youthful appearance so that they always look and feel their best. Our VIP Injectable Program is designed to encourage and reward those who choose to follow the doctor’s recommended facial rejuvenation treatment plan.

No minimum purchase is necessary to join the VIP Injectable Program. The membership fee cannot be applied to the cost of any services, products or gift card purchases and is not refundable and non-transferable. Membership discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Membership discounts have no monetary value, and no refunds will be issued. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, but you will always receive the best available discount. VIP Injectable Program member discounts apply only to injectable services as listed above and exclude all other services provided by our MediSpa and medical practice such as cosmetic surgery or other treatments provided by Steven Yarinsky, MD. Complimentary MediSpa treatment will be provided during the 1st month of membership and will be forfeited if cancelled or missed. Missed or cancelled injectable appointments without providing our office at least 2 business days’ notice will require a deposit to reschedule.
